Program Description

Digitalchemy Ventures Inc ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to notify opted-in vendor contacts about upcoming in-person meeting availability. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you have provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary, but you should expect to receive no more than a few messages per week. Typical usage is one message per meeting day to confirm or decline attendance.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. We are not responsible for any charges your carrier may impose.

Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive messages from us, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Digitalchemy Ventures Inc related to meeting scheduling and availability. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.

Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
